Below are some examples of our finished work, which we update as projects come to fruition. These include before and after photos to showcase our expertise in property insurance repairs and restoration.
WRAYsBURY, STAINES
We helped our client restore their beautiful 3-bedroom bungalow after it was damaged by the 2014 floods in Wraysbury. The work included installing a new kitchen and new bathroom, a full rewire, moving partition walls, replacing doors and floor coverings, decorating throughout and basic external works.
KINGSBURY, BRENT
Our client was woken in the middle of the night to find their 2-bedroom flat flooded throughout by a burst water pipe. Our team were required to strip the property bare before fully rewiring, re-plastering and reinstating it with a new kitchen and bathroom, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, woodwork and decorations.
FARNHAM, SURREY
We fully refurbished this 4-storey, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse from top to bottom. Our work included addressing major damp issues, rebuilding a chimney and installing two new fires, adding a large new French-casement window, replacing all sash windows and other woodwork, taking down a dividing wall, designing and building bespoke wardrobes and cabinetry, and much more.
Wembley park, wembleY
Our client’s kitchen ceiling suddenly collapsed due to a hidden leak from within their first-floor bathroom. The damage was widespread as the leak had continued for some time before it had become apparent. We’d helped to identify and stop the source of the problem, stripped out the bathroom and kitchen, dried the affected areas and fully reinstated both rooms. The client added their own funds to the insurance budget to upgrade materials creating a stylish, high-end result.
SOUTHFIELDS, LONDON
An escape of water from the flat above resulted in significant water damage to our client’s kitchen and minor damage to two of her bedrooms. The kitchen needed to be completely replaced due to the age and frailty of the units, and while we were on site our client took the opportunity to enlist our help in sprucing up the rest of her property at the same time.
PINNER, HARROW
The entire downstairs of this 5-bedroom house was flooded in June 2016 after torrential downpours caused the River Pinn to burst its banks. We were engaged to bring the house back to its former glory and beyond by reinstating and remodelling the affected areas, including building a fully bespoke, handcrafted kitchen.
BERMONDSEY, LONDON
When a leak occurred in the airing cupboard of her penthouse flat in London, Karen's neighbour referred her to us for help. We ensured her insurers paid for all the work required, replaced the wooden floor and redecorated throughout the kitchen and living room. We also helped with a kitchen refit at the same time.
WEALDSTONE, HARROW
This 3-bedroom semi-detached house was fire damaged throughout due to a candle being left unattended. We fully stripped the property and decontaminated it using a 3-stage chemical cleaning process with fogging, then reinstated all rooms and repaired and redecorated the exterior. With the owner based overseas, we also helped by suggesting design ideas and sourcing materials within budget.
east finchley, barnet
A snapped heating pipe caused water to pour into our clients’ kitchen, destroying their much-loved handmade cabinetry. They were anxious not to lose the additional storage that could only be obtained with bespoke units and had very specific requirements to suit their needs. Our experts designed, sourced and fitted a beautiful new kitchen that ticked all the boxes, finished off with Silestone worktop and Siemens appliances to achieve a fresh modern look.
DERBY, DERBYSHIRE
We were called to assist with an escape of water claim at a property in Derby, after the insurers’ contractors made a huge mess of the repairs causing considerable distress to our client just before Christmas. We helped to install a temporary solution to enable the family to have Christmas at home, before fully stripping out and renewing their kitchen and dining area in the New Year.
STanmore, HARROW
This newly refurbished, high-end 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house was destroyed by a fire when a car drove through the front of the house into the gas mains. Our team stripped out all burnt and soot-contaminated material, partially re-wired and re-plumbed, re-built walls, and renewed all fittings and finishes.
PINNER, HARROW
An electrical fire from a bedroom plug socket caused the entire first floor of this 2-bedroom, mid-terrace house to be burnt out and the ground floor to be heavily soot damaged. Our team fully refurbished the property, including roof repairs and renewing the bathroom, kitchen, windows, joinery, flooring and all decorations.
EDGWARE, BARNET
Our clients suffered a fire in their kitchen after their American-style fridge freezer ignited in the night. We helped them to redesign their family space by putting in a new modern kitchen with glass splashback and Dekton worktop, re-tiling the floor and decorating throughout. We also removed their uPVC French doors and replaced with them with contemporary bi-folds and a matching window in anthracite grey.
COLINDALE, LONDON
This studio flat in North West London is part of a block that was almost entirely destroyed by fire. The flat needed to be completely stripped back to a bare shell, decontaminated and reinstated. With all partition walls removed, our client wisely opted to alter the layout to make the best use of the space. The end result was a bright, contemporary studio with a larger, more practical bathroom and an inviting open-plan kitchen living room.
battersea, london
Severe flooding caused extensive damage throughout our client’s flat in July 2021. We worked closely with them to restore the property to its original, high-quality finish. The flat was fully refurbished with new bathroom, kitchen, flooring and redecoration throughout. This resulted in an impressively fast sale and we are sure the new owners will enjoy their stunning new home.
