When you call our emergency helpline, we’ll quote you our set hourly rate. There are just two price bands to keep it simple: weekdays (Monday-Friday from 8am until 5pm), and out-of-hours for all other times.

If parts are needed for your emergency repair, we’ll tell you the price on site and obtain your approval before going ahead. If further work is needed after the immediate repair, we’ll provide you with a fully-detailed quotation within 24 hours.
